This curiosity matured into a role as the family's go-to tech support in middle school, mastering phone activations and device setups through self-teaching. These early experiences built a foundation of technical aptitude and problem-solving.
Self-teaching & professional pivot: from repairs to data security
My persistence was highlighted by self-repairing my iPhone 8+, a project that honed my hands-on technical skills and troubleshooting. This practical experience paved the way for professional growth at Alta Resources, supporting Stellantis. Managing numerous warranty cases involving sensitive customer data, I gained critical insights into information security. I learned to recognize phishing attempts, implement secure email practices, and utilize tools like MFA and virtual machines, all while operating proficiently with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel in a secure context.
Building blocks: networking, python, and problem solving
My foundational understanding solidified through early networking and Python projects. Designing IPv4 addressing schemes and subnetting in virtual labs taught me structured analytical thinking and packet analysis.
